When you have an upgrade purchased from WordPress.com, you can use the support contact form while logged into your account. Submitting that form will either send a support ticket to WordPress.com staff or begin a live chat if an operator is available.

Another option is to add "modlook" to the tags of this forum thread to let a staff member know you need assistance.

@thaitechblog will you also fill out the form at wpchrg.com ? I don't see charges associated with this account, but by entering details into that secure form, we'll be able to locate the charge. These are details we would not want you to email or enter on a public forum.

Hi guys. I'm just curious, is there any plugin who provides donations but with credit card? So far, im just finding with paypal, but many people here in my country dont have account on paypal and its little complicated for them. I did find also plugins like that with directly donations with credit card but they are very expensive (for me). So i want to know is there plugin like that? Its ok if they take commision on the donations like 1, 2, 5, max 10 %. Thank you.

I was wrongly charged $26 from WPCHRG.COM for a domain that I have already transferred to Godaddy.com. I changed my registrar to Godaddy.

Please check for this auto renewal charge. WordPress.com is not my registrar any more.
I have already renewed the domain through Godaddy.com.

My domain is peopleandhearts.com
Please initiate my refund to my credit card.

Everytime I go to check out, once I've entered my CC information, I receive a red pop up box in the right hand corner that says "Enter First Name." What does this mean? I've entered my CC info (including my name) and it still doesn't work. This is frustrating!

I understand, it is annoying to see the popup despite entering the correct name. But it seems you finally got rid of the error message and purchased the Premium plan. So I am closing this thread.

For some reason, my website still isn't working after purchasing the premium package. I tried purchasing renewing the $18 package but I'm still running into the same problem where it say "enter first name." Thoughts?

Hello, I am in the process of creating a website for an organization at my university. This involves upgrading to a premium website on WordPress, and acquiring the funds to do so through the financing department of the Student Organization Research Center (SORC) at my university. SORC has only agreed to give my organization the funds we need to upgrade to premium on wordpress only IF:

I can delete auto-renew and the credit card information (which belongs to SORC) immediately after purchasing.

I found a forum online that says you can delete auto-renew after the 30 day refund period after purchasing (?). But if this is the case, SORC will not give my organization the funds we need to upgrade--they want to make the purchase and then delete credit card information/auto-renew right away. Is this possible to do??

Auto Renew can be disabled by choosing the option to cancel your upgrade. If you cancel an upgrade outside of its refund window then it will remain active until its expiration date. The credit card is no longer on file once auto-renew is disabled.

Yes, this is information that I already know, I am wondering if I can cancel auto-renew and delete credit information WITHIN the refund window. This would be the only way I could get funds from SORC.

Yes, the policy applies to both within and outside the refund period. If you have any trouble, I can manually disable auto renew for you on my end. Just let me know when you pay and I'd be happy to do that for you.
