That's sweet, but I didn't expect you to recognize me amidst all those thousands and thousands of users :-)

You're name is very familiar to me. I don't use the *.com forums much anymore and if so, yours pops up quickly. But I'm just one of many many users with questions. So please don't be sorry. I'd be surprised if you DID recognize my name after all this time and after helping so many people.

@hiekevanhoogdalem I don't see any record of past upgrades in your account.

Two of the blogs showing in your account do have mapping upgrades for .nl blogs, but in both cases those upgrades belong to different account/other users on those sites.

You are an admin on each of those sites, so if you go to the WP-Admin dashboard on each site and click on Users, you'll be able to see who the other users on those sites are who own the mapping upgrades. You will need to be logged in as the account that owns the upgrade to access the payment details.

Let me know if you have more questions about this.

Okay, it was the other account indeed. I retrieved the password and everything is there.

BUT... I can't change the credit card, I can only add one. What is the best method for getting my card off this site and make the other owner pay for the upgrade? The domain name will be attached until October 20th 2016 so we have enough time. Shoud I stop the autmatic payment and let him know, so he can add a card?

Tnx in advance.

I can't change the credit card, I can only add one.

I'm not sure what you mean here. Are you referring to the My Upgrades section in WP-Admin? If so, then the Add Credit Card link is the correct one.

Otherwise, if you go to the Purchases page (https://wordpress.com/purchases) and click on the mapping upgrade, you should see an option to edit payment details. If you click that you should be able to update your card details. https://en.support.wordpress.com/change-credit-card-details/

Let me know if neither of those options work for you.

Aha! Those are 2 different things on 2 different pages. Thanks. The second link was what I was looking for. The UI should have 1 page with both these options.

The UI should have 1 page with both these options.

That is what we're working towards, but we're still tweaking the interface at this stage.

Let me know if I can help with anything else.

Hi @littlebigstoriesstudio, I don't see the charge on this username, but you probably have another. Can you go to wpchrg.com and fill out the form there? We'll be better able to find the charge that way.

Hi! That's exactly my sentiments. It is not shown under my Billing History section either that's why I got confused why it was in my credit card. I'm also no longer using wordpress.com for blogging, I hope you can reverse everything for me

I also have a charge for the same amount. I was running the blog for my sorority but have graduated and just logged on to switch the billing information to the new blogmaster's card. It won't let me change the billing information and I was charged $99 today. What gives?

@katgammapi re: changing billing information, I'd actually suggest transferring the site to the new owner unless you plan on maintaining their billing info each year.

We do have a bug today re: being able to change credit card info. That will be fixed shortly. And, on this account I can see a recent charge that was partially refunded. If you still need help with that, can you chat with us here? http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact

And @littlebigstoriesstudio, did you get a chance to fill out the form on wpchrg.com yet?

My WordPress blog tried to auto-renew and failed because I have a new credit card. I went to change my credit information, and I was unable to find a place to do this globally. Instead, it looked like I had to change it for EACH of the services that's due to auto-renew (such as "no ads" and "domain mapping").

Is there a way I can tell WordPress to use my new credit card for ALL upcoming charges? Thanks!

I am trying to pay for the "No Ads" feature with a different credit card than I have in years past, and I get the following message: "Error authorizing credit card. Please contact WordPress.com support." I would appreciate either a solution to this problem or, if this is not the place to ask this question, someone to point me in the right direction. Thank you!
